Kantagram

PROJECT

Kantagram is a multi-tenant controlling and reporting platform for tax advisory firms, developed by Codin IT for Kantagram GmbH. It automatically transforms complex firm data into clear key figures, giving firms a transparent overview of revenue and capacity in their daily work.

As the sole UI/UX designer on the project, I was involved in the ongoing development of the product: I discussed new ideas and features with the client, designed them and handed them over to the development team once approved. The screens shown give an overview of the product as a whole and also include areas I was not directly involved in.

CHALLENGE

Integrating new functions and complex features seamlessly into an established product. In some cases, the existing design system did not yet provide the components or patterns these features required, so new elements had to be created that still felt like a natural part of the existing interface.

SOLUTION

I extended the existing design system with new components and patterns where needed, keeping them consistent with established styles and interactions. Close alignment with the client and clear handoffs to development ensured that new features fit seamlessly into the product and could be implemented smoothly.
